Tis' the Season

A special time of the year which brings with it glad tidings and good cheer. The smiles that are broadened, the laughter that’s shared and the tears that stream down our cheeks when we see a love has been spared. Oh, the love that’s expressed once we acknowledge it’s better to give than receive, for it’s the way of life due him, in which we try to please.

And remember that special love we so long to see, for he or she may come into our lives if we only believe. Just as we smell the fresh pines, hear the ringing of bells, notice the glitter that shines, this season tends to run a chill up my spine so as joyful, happy, delightful and blessed as you may be, remember there’s only One who can sustain this state of mind for eternity.
